With your own Administration SuperPortal, communicate to as many Individual User Portals as your organization needs to have.

Each User Portal has a Sending Dock and a Receiving Dock, allows 2-way communication between individual User Portals or between User Portals and your Admin Portal

The end User Portal is in synch with the mobile app having which has the same capabilities and functions.

Each Portal or Mobile’s app’s Receiving & History Dock houses, sorts, and organizes all the information it receives & sent back to it.

Create different Groups of individuals which you can select for sending specific tasks or documents
